Meet Corey & His Family...

Gospel Music Industry professionals tell me to start out by telling you the awards I've won,
been nominated for, accomplishments, and famous places I have been....
BUT, the most important thing for you to see or know about me, is the Holy God I sing about.
The one who gloriously saves us by His grace! I am nothing outside of Christ and He is the only good thing about me.
He has been so good to me. I am blessed beyond measure. I am grateful that God is allowing me to live my dream. Everything I have been able to do in my ministry is because of the doors that He has opened for me.
Rest assured that my goal in ministry is to uplift the name of Jesus, and to share my story of how He saved me, and his hand has guided me through what seemed to many, a "life-lost".
My home is in the hills of West Virginia with my wife, Whittley, daughter, Braelyn, and son, Rhyatt.
I was born into a broken home. My birth-father was absent from my life, and my birth-mother is a drug addict. At the age of three, I went to live with my aunt and uncle. I spent the weekends with my grandparents, who took me to church where I was saved, and first started singing. That’s when it became evident that God had a plan for my life.
At the age of seven, my birth-mother finally agreed to let my paternal grandparents have custody of me.
They raised me and eventually I was legally adopted by them after I became an adult and could do the necessary paperwork. It was merely a formality, because they had always been my parents. They gave me my adoption paperwork for my 24th birthday. The day we went to court to make it official was one of the best days of my life! I had always been known in my music career as Corey Laney. Now I am legally Corey Clark.
God has allowed me to travel professionally for over 20 years as a Southern Gospel singer/songwriter with various quartets and trios, (Faith Harmony Boys, Forgiven Trio, The Journeymen Quartet, PromisedLand Quartet, and also filling in the baritone position with the mighty Kingsmen Quartet of Asheville, NC.) I have traveled many miles singing the gospel.
In 2016 , I received a call from Los Angeles, Ca from a multi-platinum Grammy Award-winning producer, and immediately flew to Nashville where I was signed to a major country music record label. After a few recording sessions and meetings, I quickly realized that the path the label wanted me to take musically, was not at all what I needed to be doing. I became miserable because I wasn't living in God's will. I returned home, took some time off the road, and with the help of the Lord, I got my life back on track, and I'm now back living out the calling on my life. Never again will I sing another song that doesn’t minister to the lost and to God’s people.
We Welcome Juanita Phillips to our ministry!

“I love to tell people how good God has been to me, how He has blessed me, and what He has allowed me to do for many years. It’s my prayer that I will always be found doing what He has called me to do,
and that is to sing for Him! “
